What was your background before Covalence?
Before Covalence I was a freelance graphic designer with a bachelor’s degree of Design and Advertising from The University of Alabama.
What made you decide to enroll in Covalence?
After months of doing design work I realized I wasn’t truly passionate about it. I always knew I wanted to work in the technology industry, and design wasn’t giving me the satisfaction I wanted.
What was your favorite thing about the program?
I would have to say the connections I made throughout the program. I was introduced to multiple professional resources that proved to be extremely useful when it came time to start my job search after completing the program. I also developed great friendships with other people taking the course as well as the instructors.
What are you doing now?
I recently became a full time front end developer for TheraNest, a startup software company in Innovation Depot.
